REFUND POLICY

Returns


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all of its tags or sales marks.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. They are indicated in their description.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Cosmetics
  • Promotional items

Legal guarantee

For any purchase at Le Petit Boudoir, you are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty. The legal guarantee applies if the non-conformity is noted from the moment you were delivered.

2 cases of measures apply:

  • If the defect appears during the first 6 months: it is then considered that the defect has existed since delivery. If the seller does not agree, it is up to him to prove in concrete terms that the defect was not present when the goods were delivered.
  • If the defect appears after the first 6 months: it is up to the consumer to prove that the defect is indeed a lack of conformity. That is, the defect is in no way the result of consumer misuse.

    Statement

    To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is issued.

    Items for sale (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at openspacebruxelles@gmail.com and send your item to Rue Belliard, 151, 1040 Brussels, Belgium.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out on your return.

    Dispatch

    To return your product, you must send your product to: Rue Belliard, 151, 1040 Brussels, Belgium

    You will need to pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
